the-enablers.org helps communities to help themselves. By providing people with a platform to identify shared challenges/opportunities and collaborate to meet the needs, the-enablers.org will allow communities to shape their own environment, generate local enterprises, social projects and activities.
Startups need expert feedback on their new features/product. The “Idealise” web tool allows startups to post their early stage site concept or new feature and get feedback. The feedback is provided by experts who are members of the site.
CSRu (also known as Scrapheap Heroes) has two goals: 1) increasing the visibility of Corporate Social Responsibility and 2) facilitating networking between like-minded corporations and projects.
The Palomar5 residents proposed new working environments fit for the skills and needs of a digital generation and came up with a “pretty obvious” solution: being more humane.
On our open-house festival day we invited interested people to dive into the space which 28 residents lived and worked in for 6 weeks. But this evening would not have been this epic without some artists who made this evening an unforgettable event by creating a huge clusterfuck of visual and audiovisual madness.

Welcome to the Palomar5 Festival! On November 24th, projects approaching an answer to the question “How do we want to work in the future?” will be presented in an open framework called the “Palomar5 Festival – exploring creative space”.
The honeymoon is over. I apparently have managed to annoy or aggravate several people in the P5group, who have been very quick to point this out. Alas, I’m only human and apologize.
Wow. Another week has flown by. Last week, I was a blogger virgin. Now, after two weeks amongst the cleverest people in the world under 30, I have learned how to use WordPress, how to find and navigate the Palomar5 wiki, and how to use Facebook.
We uploaded a new photo set of the first day on our flickr account. Carolin Seeliger took pictures of all members involved in this experience while flying high, kicking ass or just making a fool of themselves.
