Working only on computers limits our thinking, Computers are linear, hierarchical and ineffiecient, bring functions into physical space, saves time, makes life easier, systems quicker and more efficient. Dada technology is a manifesto highlighting the need for physical interfaces, both from a human, and organisational perspective. Within this frame, we will develop ideas for how physical interfaces can be used for more effective and human computer use.
DADA has not the aim to create something “New”. It has the aim to give a computer the most natural and therefore oldest gestures back, we have. Give and Take.
It is not a Gamepad or another Idea how to use fingers to work with the computer. It is a implementation of natural human interaction using computer devices. The Goal for DADA is to change Computers in to Tools. Tools, humans can use in the way, they have used them for millions of years.
Natal is going the wrong way, by making interaction totally virtual. DADA wants to make interaction absolute haptical.
The technics in “Minority Report” and all multi-finger interaction are still limited and bound to a 2 dimensional screen. It is just fun but no progress in interaction, because we still use just fingertips eyes and ears to use a computer. The Goal of DADA is a instinctive direct interaction that needs no abstraction from a human real live.
The Goal for DADA is to make this philosophy happen. It is not possible to steal DADA, any use of this philosophy is a support and therefore welcome.
@Edward: who ignores and fights me?
@Valentin: this is so vague, I search for a sense and meaning in your words.
You’re right about Natal and minority Report, but:
Why is your DADA no new creation? I thought this was one of the aims of P5?
Which tools? Knives, stoves, refrigerator? Why is a computer no tool, I think that it is a tool?
How could the advancing of more high-tech in our “human real life” be more helpful and less garbage-/carbonoxid-producing than now?
Ok, guys, never heard of “Minority Report” and the Natal device for Playstation 3…? Come on! Tell us something new.
Besides, calling it “Dada” is a perfect idea. Dada Technology would mean that it is redundant and not working
Fail, Natal is for Xbox 360 & not for the PS3.
LOL you’re right Laurent
Guys, it might be an interesting vision… unless some Asian company steals the idea, builds the device and you and tcom get nothing.
Still, the Dada reference is ambiguous.
nothing new here.
you might want to give more people around the world from the last 20/30 years credit.

Dear Carl,
You embody what Gandhai said:
First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.
Thanks for the reminder.
Be well.
Eddie
