At a time where certain aspects of the economy are racing ahead with ever increasing technological advances and work innovations it is important to remember that the majority of companies are still working to corporate / office paradigms that were developed in previous decades under different priorities. The world is changing (has changed) and it will take a while for attitudes and behaviours to catch up. Good luck and I'm excited about what this means for the #futureofwork!
