The start of our fist innovation camp is coming up really soon (Oct 9th). It's hard to put into words how excited we are that this big plan, made almost a year ago, is going to become alive. As your probably know, Palomar5 will tackle the theme "future working environments fit for the skills and needs of a digital generation" in this year's innovation camp. We spent quite some time figuring out what topics under this theme might be of interest & relevance for our young generation.

Although the residents at the camp will have lots of space and freedom to develop their own ideas & projects, we'd like to touch the 6 following topics to spark ideas & projects:

- Leadership
- Management of Skills and Knowledge
- Intellectual Property
- The next Generation of Identity
- Collaborative value creation
- Corporate Communication & Behavior

Although we opened up some threads about the topics a while ago on our board on the ning platform, we just restructured it and described each topic with a couple of guiding questions.

And here comes our question to YOU:
Do you know any good sources regarding those topics that have inspired you?

Then please: post your links to articles, blog posts, comics, graphics, research studies, books, videos or movies in the board on the ning platform. The content should be in english - and to some regard - informative or inspiring. If you have the time, please shortly tell us why the link is worth sharing. We are planning to pick up on those sources at some point during the camp. But of course the whole Palomar5 network might benefit from them. Despite still being a rather small network, we already have great minds on here from various disciplines & cultures who have the power to inspire each other. So let's make use of it.
